2003 Door Panel Trim Replacement or Repair

The seatbelts have dinged the silver trim on the interior door panels Ideas on restoring, replacing, covering this trim. The driver side looks bad the passenger not so much, but still marked.

Wow mystery solved on my bird.. I had about 5 of these marks on my metal driver side door panel.. I always wondered where they came from.. They were there when I bought the bird 4.5 years ago.. Thought could of been jewelry like a real serious heavy bracelet from a pervious owner? It just didn't make sense.. Now it does.. THANKS!
 
Take the trim off bring it to a body shop does paintless dent repair they will make it disappear
