1996 no start

Hello everyone thankyou for accepting me into your group, I currently own a 1996 with a 4.6 that I purchased non running, and she had sat for around 12-16 months. So far I have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, crank sensor, PCM and she is still not running, the fuel pump will prime and has great fuel pressure via gage, im getting spark on all 8 cylinders, and all injectors are pulsing via noid light, but she just wont start, she spins all day but no start not even with starter fluid, im no mechanic but I would think fuel pluss sparks id be running, even if it was running badly. I am completely stumped we ever removed the valve cover timing chain was nice and tight any ideas would be helpful
