1967 removal of door and body mouldings
The door is held on by 2 or 3 bolts on the top door hinge and 2 or 3 bolts on the bottom hinge. take all the bolts out, unhook any electrical connections and remove door. Door bolts are what you use to line the door adjustments back up when reinstalling door. Just snug them up a bit then shut and open the door and adjust it by using the bolts. When it's adjusted all the way right tighten all the bolts snugly. Molding attachments you'll probably have to take the inner door panel off

Sorry I didn't see you posted this last year. If you have any other problems or questions just ask . I have a 67 also

Take six high-balls before you start this. And it will take some time.....
1. Everything out in the back
2. Side panels out
3. loosing headliner on both sides over your head after removing panels that cover up headliner
4. remove panels that covers the rear side windows
5. Remove side windows with motors
6. remove molding nuts
7. Feel and remove the 4 nuts in trunk left/right

Funny job, hope you enjoy ( I did not )
