My granddad has a 1963 two door coupe that has been in his basement for 20+years. The exterior is in good shape just needs to be washed. Interior is great shape. The car does run, but requires starter fluid to start. Possibly carburetor issues. It has 56k miles. Not exactly sure the value so the price is negotiable. Feel free to school me on the value. Any and all information and tips are appreciated. The car is located in Charleston, TN. $15,000

Hi there Zhaney. Not interested myself but here are some suggestions. To get a feel for what these cars are going for, you can look on the hagerty.com and nada.com sites. It does seem like these cars bring more if they're sold via an auction site. You could check out bringatrailer.com. On that site, I think it would cost you $100 to list the car, the "auction" process is virtual and they handle that, you can set a floor price below which you won't sell it, and if the car does sell then the buyer is responsible for paying the auction fees and arranging with you to transfer the $ and the car. I've seen several bullet birds on that site recently.

Good luck!

Doug
