1957 cleaning valve lifters & rockers w/o removing?

I don't agree with "leave it alone". One of the engine things you should look at before driving it is making sure you are getting oil up to the rockers. This has been a problem with Y Blocks that haven't been maintained properly (lots of crud in the engine due to poor oil maintenance)
