First and foremost i Love my ford's, i had 6 tbirds, (tbird was my first car, literally learned to drive on my permit in one) including sc auto sc stick v8 auto and a few v6s, have a baby blue 97 v6 right now absolutely love the highway miles but acceleration could use work.

My favorite tbird was without a doubt my super 6, I had a 5% reduction gear on the charger, bigger throttlebody, bigger injectors, upgraded fuel pump, the guy who had it before me swapped the differentail from a lincoln, or a v8 bird i think, so unsure of gearing. It was ungodly fast, I beat mustangs, trucks, older corvettes, novas, loved racing Hondas and Nissans and completely blowing them out of the water.

To be honest I got the best gas mileage out of my v8, I would get 18 city and roughly 27-29 highway if I babied it.

Every v6 I have had gets maybe 14 city, at best 20 highway, so underpowered
