Sorry, I don't believe iut is possible to replace the plat eunless you find somone to custom make one.
Ebay is probably going to be your best bet for the missing boot cover - but you might wait forever to get the right color. You could buy any Thunderbird boot cover and have it dyed or recovered by a trim shop to the proper color.
The 2002 boot will also fit but that one only folds in half and takes more room than the 2003-2005 boot covers that fold in quarters. However some people with 2003 and up Thunderbirds prefert the look of the 2002 because it generally looks better when installed.
