Will a 1965 352 engine fit in a 1960 tbird?

It will certainly fit as the 1960 Thunderbird came with a 352 or a Lincoln 430. However I believ you will find that the motor mounts on the block were changed in the mid sixties.
 
Yes and no. The engine mounts changed by 1965 and you may have to do a little mix and match.
