P2106 Engine code

Anyone have the engine code P2106 come up along with the wrench? I have only 21k miles on my 2004 and now have the error code. What does it mean? Is there a dealer service trip in my future? Can I fix this myself? (am Mechanically skilled)

Could be an issue with the throttle body unit. I accelerated rapidly coming out of a stop sigh and the car went into a safety mode and would only run in a low gear until I pulled it off of the road. Turned it off and it restatred with no problem. The wrench lit up when this occurred.
