1976 No headlights.

All lights work as designed but no headlights come on. Is it the sensor for automatic dimming or the switch itself?

It's likely that the dimmer switch on the floor is the issue. Try cycling it a few times and see if things start working.

Thanks. I tried that too. That’s another possible reason. But cycling it hasn’t helped.

Have you checked for power both sides of the dimmer switch?
That would be the next phase, checking for power at all of the major connecting points.

Will do. Where is there access to the dimmer switch, or how do you remove it?

It should have 2 screws holding it to the floor.
