Hi All,
My 1966 63D 428 town hardtop's Emergency Flashers are not working and never have since I've owned it. That's just over 19 years.
Sequential turn signals and brake lights work just fine, although a little noisy ;O)
I have a new two pin flasher unit and I have two new relays (the ones...
Hi folks, my wife's uncle left her his 1966 Town Landau, which he bought in the early 1970's. He was in the process of fixing a back window leak. He removed the rear window moulding, but that is as far as he got. The car is fairly good overall, and has been buried under a mountain of trash is...
Tilt and raise/lower works but seat doesn’t move in forward direction. Pretty sure it’s all the way to the reverse stop but assuming that control doesn’t work in reverse as well. Could this just be the switch or is it more complicated than that?o
We have chronic issue with charging system. Headlights will eventually kill the battery if we our out for an evening drive. Didn’t last 15 minutes the other night. Stopped for an ice cream and car wouldn’t start. Got a boost and drove home. Tinkered with it in driveway next day. Battery...
Hey guys,
I looked in the book and didn't see it but maybe I missed it. What bolts need to be removed/loosened to slide the shaft back a few inches to get the coupler on. I've never loosened this before so any help would be appreciated. I added a photo.
Hi guys,
I was trying to remove the rear inner fender on the drive side to get a better view of the steering gear box area. Are there any bolts inside the engine area?
I had all but one removed inside the tire area but the bottom of the fender seemed very tight still. I didn't want to just...
Recently acquired a 66 thunderbird. When I try to actuate the top nothing happens. No motor sounds, no Hydraulic sounds of any kind, the fuses are all intact. Not exactly sure where to go from here any advice would be helpful on what to do or check next.

Howdy all,
Does anyone know of a place where I can order a dipstick tube for the cruise-o-matic mx Tranny. I only need the tube as mine apparently has a crack in it causing a leak. Thanks in advance.
Curious, I have a 390 I pulled from my 66 and am wondering what its worth. Its in great shape, I have the cylinders at .060, I was running a three core with two electric fans and she stayed around 175 even on a hot day. Stock intake, D2TEAA heads that just came out of the shop, had em hardened...

Just received replacement fuel lines for my 1999 coupes hardtop with 390 engine. The old lines must have been hacked pretty bad as they don't look anything like their replacements. Wondering if there is some way of changing the front secton going to the fuel pump without pulling the fender off...
Hi everyone,
I hope an expert can help me with this one. I just bought the T-bird, and I’ve been tearing my hair out with this one. I have a ‘66 t-bird that has ~1/4” play between the column shifter housing and the hub that holds the detent. The play is in the direction where if I grab the...
I have a 1966 hardtop with a 390 in it - looking to eliminate the smog system on it and know I will need a new bracket and pulley. Was wondering if anyone has done this and if they could recommend a good kit?
